I was just wondering if something happened in February on Mark-Paul.net? I'm a member of that forum and when I went to check the members list, it seems as though alot of members left in February. There are ALOT of members that joined, but never posted anything!  I'm just going to take this time to let everyone know that it is a really great site! PC has done a lot of work and if anybody wants to check it out, you'll be really impressed with what you see! I'm a HUGE Mark-Paul fan, so the fact that I have this site, which I consider to be more of a family now, and a site just for Mark-Paul, is icing on the cake for me! So if anybody wants to have that same icing on the cake, you should check out Mark-Paul.net. |

What happened with the forum is that the regulars of the site (a lot of friends of mine from the online MPG community) signed up when the forum launched in february to see what was going on and a lot of them just don't post here very much because they have jobs and whatnot and we communicate by email because the posts would get too personal! LOL! Eek! Nobody's left, I guess its just easy to read whats going on without logging in! If they're still on the members list they're still here!

PC, when I went on the members list, about 98% have posted maybe once or not at all! Why be a member of a forum that you are never going to post on?

I just think that you have put so much work into that sight that the members that are not posting should either start, or just leave the forum. You have done such hard work on that sight. If your conversations with them are about Mark-Paul, I find it rude that they don't want to share it with the rest of Mark-Paul's die hard fans! If the conversations are not about Mark-Paul, then whatever they are about is obviously none of anybodies business. I just think they should leave the forum!
I'm sorry if I'm being insulting, but you have put so much hard work into that sight and I just don't think these other members that never post appreciate your hard work like us regular posters do.

I guess it's their loss really, if people want to talk great, if they don't then it's up to them. A lot of people may visit the site, join it and then just not come back or ages!

Oh and I forgot to say, many people (my brother for one) are hardcore fans of SBTB, MPG or the or the rest of the cast and they just don't have time to post. If people want to stop by occasionally to get the gossip and read us then I don't see any reason for them to leave. Bear in mind it often appears that people haven't logged in for a long time because they have it set to stay logged in 'forever'.
Edited because I also forgot to say...a lot of the people I talk to have been friends of mine for over 10 years so the conversations are kind of private in that we talk about our own lives for the most part and MPG is just another topic. People still like to be a member so they can see the recent news and site updates.

but i visit the site all the time including this one so that im on top of everything that is going on. and occasionally i will post. because for a whole three or four months i was a member here but didnt post anything. and if you go through the list at this forum you will see a lot of people signed up here that never post. really the only people that post here are the people you see post for and some guests such as

justcowpoop
lisa
so its basically the same at every forum that you go to...

I'm glad nobody took my post as an insult. jeezpeepz, you have nothing to explain to me. PC, that post was in total respect for you. You have worked soooooohard on that site and it looks so good. Plus all the hardwork you have done behind the scenes! I had no intention of insulting your friends and I'm glad you didn't take it that way. Like I said, what ever the private conversations that are going on between you and your friends are your business, not mine! I'm not trying to force anyone to come and post more or even join! That would be just stupid! lol Let's put it this way PC, I pretty much started this thread to promote your site.  Goosin and I LOVE it! I know Poi loves it as well, and jeezpeepz, don't think I'm counting you out!  So if anyone asks me if I know a good Mark-Paul site to go on, I'm giving them the link to Mark-Paul.net! |
