do you think Screech's and Lisa's relationship is kind of like Duckie and Andie's? I mean lisa treated screech much worse except they both had the same kinda type of relationship, Also screech reminds me a little bit of Duckie sometimes. This probably sounds dumb i was just thinking out loud though haha.  |

No offense, but I see them different from each other. With Screech and Lisa it was a nerd and a fashion queen. With Duckie and Andie it was more of a punker and a fashion queen. Duckie wasn't out of Andie's league, just not what she was looking for at the beginning of the movie, BUT very much what she was looking for by the end. Screech would never be what Lisa was looking for. A friend, yes. A boyfriend, no. But I do see why you might make this comparison.
GREAT 80s movie by the way!!! I was thinking about watching that movie tomorrow night!

yeah i love it too. Anyway, The only reason i made this comparison is because they're both kind of in a situation where they like a girl who ignores her (in andies case KIND of ignores him, in lisa's case is annoyed by him totally) Anyway, I know what you mean. but what i'm saying is they're both in the same kind of situation (Screech and Duckie) Maybe a bit more extreme for screech, as for Lisa and Andie, Nope i agree they're nothing a like so yeah. by the way, I hated the ending of PIP, Duckie deserved andie more than blaine IMO  |
