I also really hated Allison from the chess episode who posed as the reporter from Chessboy Magazine.

I would also have to throw another vote out there for Robin fromt he Screech's Secret Sauce episode played by none other than Soleil Moon Frye.
She was extremely annoying.

haha Me too. I couldn't see anyone else playing the part. I remember the first time I saw that and I was like "is it? nah...and I was like, it is Punky Brewster!!" lol
We were suppose to hate her, she used Screech...

I thought Soleil was good in SBTB, it was cool to see her in the show after Mark-Paul was also on Punky Brewster too! The Robin character was nowhere near as annoying as Alison, her voice just grates on me so much!

Have to agree with PC. Alison was far more annoying then Robin. Although, Robin was still annoying. But that was the way Robin was suppoesed to be. Alison just drove ya nuts!

Let us not also forget Mindy, Zack's publicist from the Rockumentary episode. She needed a good throat punch from Lisa or Kelly.

My list:
1. Tori, of course.
2. Jeff! Gahh, I hated him so much.
3. Stacey Carosi. Zack, you can do better!
Now don't get mad, but...
4. Screech. I never was a fan of his at all. He was simply too annoying for my taste, even if he did make a cool robot friend (Kevin). Of course he had his moments, but I just never liked him all that much.

For me it was Jessie's brother-in-law Eric from NY. He was just flat out annoying. On top of that, at the end of that episode he decided to "stick around for awhile" but never re-appeared in another episode. One inconsistency that I don't seem to mind.

Jeff's at the top of my list, I hated him for stealing Kelly from Zack after pretending to be Mr Nice Guy
Didn't like Tori, therefore she made me view the episodes she was in as average. She was no fit replacement for Kelly or Jessie
Also didn't like Mindy in the Rockumentary ep. She was awful
Or Rod Belding for what he did to his brother and the gang
