Strange. I got my DVD set from Amazon and the upper part of the DVD that is usually a sticker was actually PART of the overall plastic packaging. In other words, there was no sticker on the top, just the plain clear packaging with the upper printed "Saved By The Bell" seal as part of the clear stuff. If you can, get it from Amazon to avoid the sticker situation.  |

i got mine from amazon too but i still had the sticker problem. i guess you just got lucky!

Yeah, I guess I did! I got mine kinda late, so maybe they got complaints and changed the way they package the DVDs.

I bought mine the first day it came out, but I was way busy working full time, and I didn't have a chance to open it all the way. Having read and heard about the sticker problem, I was thinking about how I could avoid it.
In any case... and this is really lame... but I didn't end up actually opening the box for about a month, when I went to Target again to look at other DVD's. It was then that I noticed that a couple of the SBTB box sets had the sticker on top of the plastic. I ran home and got my first box set, which was steal sealed, and exchanged it for a new one with the sticker fastened a top the plastic.
So... my guess is they got a lot of complaints and fixed the problem in the second run of packaging.
sorry for all of you who had your box ruined... be sure to write to Lion's Gate... they need to do a better job!

My Amazon version is did NOT have the sticker problem too. The sticker was put on the overall plastic package.
Can only advise people to buy their copy at amazon.

mine didn't have a sticker but cellophane. In fact I don't remember a sticker at all  HMV also had cellophane covered ones, but then again you pay more there. |
