Someone on another forum I read reported they got their boxset today. There are 7 commentaries with Peter Engel, Lark, Dustin and Dennis. He said the episodes are "all over the place" with a Malibu Sands, then school eps etc... But I'm excited to hear about the commentaries!!! yay!!!

oh yay i almost forgot! im dissapointed that tiffani didnt do any comentaries.  but i would have been suprised if she did. lark, dustin, and dennis are usually the ones that are free for those kinds of things. |

I'm not surprised the 3 aren't involved w/the dvd. Either Lion'sGate couldn't pay their asking cost or they just don't want to participate. In the past, I know a couple of them didnt' ever want to be associated w/the show. Hopefully, they've changed their mind since then... The forum? Go to www.tvshowsondvd.comthen on the left hand menu click on "home theater forum" that's the tv show on dvd forum! Read away...it's just as addicting as this forum. BTW anyone know where Erika is?? mark-paul i have heard doesnt want to sbtb stuff but tifani is just usually busy with something, same with elizabeth. and Erika is on a trip. she wrote about it in another topic somwhere.  |

Matt Yeah, I wasn't surprised to hear the 3 of them do the commentaries either. I wish Mark-Paul or Tiffani would have done them, but I don't think I would have really liked their comments though. I would think if they didn't like the show it wouldn't be a very nice commentary, but that's just my opinion.  But I am very glad to hear about the others doing it. ;D How did this person get a box set so early?  |

Glad you like the forum. It's nice to stay caught up on upcoming releases...
I'm happy for the commentaries, but I would have like the set w/out them as well. I will like them even w/all the episodes all messed up(are they really messed up is the q. we are just used to the online guides...who says they're right)? Anyway.. when it comes down to it, I'm just happy they are on DVD and I can watch any episode whenever I want. Period. Atleast we have them....

But the one thing I love about my other favorite show, My So Called Life, is the fact that the cast is all very proud to have been apart of the show. I have read lots of interviews and they have nothing to say but praise about the show, cast and crew. They also wanted to do commentaries but the distributer could`nt afford it and did`nt think it would sell well. I just wish SBTB`s cast was like that because it makes the whole expierence of loving the show a whole lot better. |
