I love the DVD menus. The clips are a good idea. As for the episodes themselves, I have noticed that they are better qualities than the previous DVDs and they are sharper pictures as well as clearer sound. The documentary is freat and provides a wonderful insight into the world of SBTB and lastly, the packaging worked out well in the end! Overall, I come to a conclusion that Lions Gate have pulled together to release this set and I am proud to say that I own every episode of Saved By The Bell: TOS ever made!

Same here...I'm saving all my pennies for a new car so I won't be able to purchase it right away. So if someone could fill me in, that'd be great!

Girls,
It's actually a lovely dedication to the show. Peter Engel, Bennet Tramer and others discuss the show's idea, success and impact on TV and kids. I don't want to spoil it too much. But it did leave me teary eyed.
The fans input, however, was a little disappointing. I think they picked these people off the street. How many times did the girl with the blonde hair say "kinda" in her short discussion? I don't even think she made any point. LOL I may have missed it...I gotta watch it again. And since when was SBTB aired in the "80's"..lol That was the other girl who mentioned that....It was only in 1989 that the show aired. We all know it was really an early 90's show. DUH!

did anyone notice any scenes that were cut out when they show them on tbs? Yes. In 'The Fight' episode, in syndication, they cut out the scene when Screech confronts the girl he wants to go to the Senior Kickoff party with again...and then Lisa tells her off. And I saw this scene again for the FIRST time, since I last saw it when the episode FIRST aired on NBC. I never forgot Lisa saying "that sweater clashes with that skirt". LOL And the girl calling Screech a "creep"...I thought that was so mean. And in the 'Snow White and the 7 Dorks' episode, we can see Zack's audition performance....

Hey I'm about to go get the 5th season. They don't have it at my Wal-mart here, already checked this morning, so I'm heading out to Bloomington In. to Best Buy. It's a little more than 20 dollars there. So no commentaries on this set? That kinda bums me out cause' I LOVE to here the gang talk about what was going on behind the scenes. But I'm sure it's really nice since you all are complementing it so much. Can't wait to see it!

I'm definately satisfied with this DVD. It was everything I expected. They did such a good job on this one. I have no disappointments at all. I love the menu. This has to be the best Saved By the Bell season that has come out. They went out with a bang!
