If skinny Zack can go toe to toe with Slater and get in a decent shot then I would have to think that Ninja Screech could take him.
Ninja Screech has the whole crazy vibe going for him. Remember, Slater even said that he "Wasn't going to go anywhere NEAR that loon!"
