It wasn't Violet. I'm thinking that was a nerd (another nerd lol)....I remember that slightly, but it's very vague. I don't have some of the SBTB episodes so it's got to be one of those.

No. That's non existant. Zack helps Screech become cooler at times. (1900 Crushed and in the CY) But never was there a nerd or Violet who get makeovers. Maybe you're confusing it with something else? Clueless?
