Exactly. A soap would not be a soap with out a sex scene. I never watch soaps though. Too much drama for me.

LOL I don't mind them at all...You grow to love the couples together so much, its only natural to see them show each other love.  It's never been gross to me. They are very tasetful...and the men always look HOT with their shirts off! LOL But then again, you are very young...right, SBTB? |

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, soaps in Holland are a bit more risky than the ones here in the U.S. Hmm I don't watch dutch soaps, but i saw some episodes. I don't think they are more risky than the american ones. But maybe i'm wrong. I didn't see much of it. |

(I hope you know what i mean) owja, and i think if you look at soaps like As The World Turns or The Bold And The beautiful...it's just the same as our soaps. a very popular soap here is "Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden" (Good Times, Bad Times) I never watch that, cause i don't like that soap...and btw, my mom won't let me...'cuz most of the episodes it's only sex and all that stuff.....  |

I'm 12 years old....so, i don't think i'm that young! But you're right, it's not that bad they show there love for eachother... but i hate it if they're gonna film everything they do! (I hope you know what i mean) Well, to a 22 year old...yes, that is quite young. LOL However, I have been watching "Days of Our Lives" since I was 12 years old. But I can't remember what I thought of those scenes then. American soaps never show them going all the way...if thats what you mean. I don't know about soaps from around the world. |

i get what you mean thogh sometimes if i tape a soap that i like ill fast forward through those parts. lol its not really a bad thing but sometimes they just show too much of it like sbtb said. but thats just me. |

You know, i saw a movie a few weeks ago...and that was a really weird movie.....'cuz a girl was kissing with a guy...then the movie stopped in the middle for a comercial-break, and after the commercials the girl was kissing with someone else who was called the same as the guy she was kissing before....so actually 2 guys played 1 man..!  isn't that weird? |

LOL Its weird. But I have also seen it happen before in my soap (days of our lives) One week we see the first and only actor to play the character of "Jack" for many years. He decided to leave the show. Then the following Monday, they began with the same last scene he was in with his wife, (in the shower, LOL) but it was a new actor. It felt pretty weird. But they do that all the time on soaps. So, I got used to it. |
