I can't say if I would recognize her or not, but I don't think she looks bad at all. I think she still looks good without the make-up. I have heard of actresses that have said when they weren't working, the make-up stayed off. I say good for you Tiffani!

I don't mean to offend anyone, but if I'm going to give my honest opinion about this picture, I may have to.
Most of the girls I know don't look that different with or without makeup. The biggest difference is usually in the eyes since mascara and eye shadow can really change how they look. With TV and movie stars, there does seems to be a bigger difference between makeup and no makeup, probably because they cake it on and we are so used to seeing them with makeup. I've seen Cindy Crawford, Julia Roberts and Oprah Winfrey without makeup and at first it is a little shocking, but there is no mistaking who it is.
This picture of Tiffani just looks ridiculous to me. It is probably her, but I have serious doubts as to whether it has been doctored or not. To borrow a quote from Mr Belding: "Notice the use of shadow and light". She honestly looks like a corpse. The flash of the light appears to have completely washed out her complexion...is that natural??...I don't know. The biggest problem I have with the picture is how sunken her face is. Tiffani's face has always been very round and this picture looks like someone who just came off a month-long hunger strike. I'm no makeup artist, but that would be an incredible transformation to take a sunken face like that, and turn it into the Tiffani we all know and love.
Sure, we all have our bad days, and the camera isn't always kind, but in my opinion this picture just looks too different for me to completely believe that it is an un-doctored photo.

Well, you have to look at her facial expression, and the quality of the picture isn't the best. She's got no eye make-up, so she looks like she's got baggier eyes. Foundation really evens the tone of a girls face, and it helps round out a face. I can't tell you the difference it makes in my face. My face looks a lot more bonier if I'm not wearing any foundation. And I don't cake it on either...I mainly wear the foundation around my eyes and my upper cheeks. This helps round out the top of my cheek bones and makes my eyes to not seem so dark.
Add a little foundation and some color and you've got the Tiffani we all know. If her face was positioned a different way there wouldn't be nearly as big of a difference.

She doesn't look that bad...she still looks gorgoeus! At least, in my opinion. Lets try not to judge here..no one is perfect!
