no that's true, but I like watching tv at night...only not after 11 pm just too late  But some repeats would be nice...I just like watching jOhn the gardener  Anyway hope you get to see new eps. soon!  |

i havent been watching it lately just in and out. i forgot to watch the finale. can you tell me what happened? all i saw was the last minute of it.

I love DH! I don't believe Edie is dead, she's a classic they can't kill her off! I don't know any spoilers so forgive me if you already know if she is or isn't dead. I really want Gabby and Carlos to get back together, I hated that guy she married. I can't wait for season 4! I live in Australia so it doesn't start for ages.

I don't know any spoilers, but I don't believe Edie is dead either. Since Gabby and Carlos are such a favorite couple, I don't see them being apart to long. I agree, I don't like the guy Gabby married either.

Hey Gang, Thought I'd weigh in with my two bits. I don't watch this show because of the content. From what I've read (both negative and postitive reviews) it's all about real wife swapping, and not for doing the laundry or raising the kids a different way either. I guess for me it is the antithesis of what SBTB was all about...morals. And thanks to Peter Engel for staying the course and making SBTB the great show that it was and still is...one that I can sit and watch with my kids. Shows like SBTB had moral character and DH seemingly does not. Instead it plays down to the lowest common denominator...cheap thrills for high ratings. The ;D Friar Ok first of all Saved by the Bell was a comedic sitcom where as Desperate Housewives is a drama. Also on morals usually characters who do foolish behavior meet their cummupance on the show. Furthermore when it comes to laundry that is rather boring and not fit for any show. Also Desperate Housewives does not pander to the lowest common denomenator and to be frank is a more intelelectual show then Saved by the Bell. Plus many here like the show so to say that it panders to the lowest common denomenator is a slur to those of us who do like it. Also I have seen many children watching the show and while your rules may be different then others, Desperate Housewives while risque does not have anything on it to objectionable. I mean heck on Japanese kids shows you see more then what is on Desperate Housewives! ;D |
