Does this make sense...I'm not allowed to have a video camera afterwards (during the autograph session), but I can have a regular camera...I really don't know why he would care.

I think it's because of the fact you can tape everything with a camera. With this tape you could publish some material, that's part of the presentation (And the money you're school paid). I think he'd like to keep it 'exclusive' and you can't publish a lot with a regular camera, but you can with a video camera.
I could be wrong though. Another option is: All those video camera's would get a bit of a mess lol. If every student on your school is trying to film him, it would create a lot of trouble.

Yes, true...but I'm talking about afterwards, not the actual presentation. I understand why they don't want cameras there.

I used to go to University of Georgia but now I go to Lee University. I`m in the drama club and we all love Bell. Two years ago for Lee Day, the drama club did a parody of SBTB. It was really great! That`s one of the many reasons I came to Lee. People love the show. If $6,000 is all it takes to bring Dennis Haskins to my school.....we`ll make it happen. I can`t wait to meet Dennis Haskins in person even if I have to shell out the money myself I`m going to meet him!!!

I don`t understand that eithier. Must be some legal reason behind it. Yeah...maybe. Or maybe they're afraid people may be tempted to use video cameras during the performance...

haha That's awesome...I hope it works out for you!* How did you find out they all loved SBTB?? We were thinking of some skits we could do for improv night. One of the categories was TV so we were thinking of some different shows and someone mentioned Saved By The Bell and all of the sudden everyone started talking about the show. We talked about the whole show for the longest time. It was really cool. I can wear my SBTB tees now with pride.

There's a ton of people who love the show, but none enough to buy the DVD's, post at this board, etc. I wish there was someone...everyone I tell I'm going to see Dennis Haskins say I'm weird and that I shouldn't travel 3 hours to meet someone from an old tv show. But I just say to them, do you like old rock groups and they say yes...and I say, it's the same thing but it's a tv show instead of a band. And besides, I love the show and there will never be another show that takes its place and I'm going to jump at this opportunity because there may never be another time where a cast member goes around talking about the show after all these years. ;D

I wore a SBTB tee to school once in the 11th grade and I thought I`d never live it down. Then after HS during the SBTB contest , I went to a resteraunt to take the quiz and guess who I saw...the same two people who called me"Screechina" in HS. It was hysterical to see the two most active Bell haters taking the quiz. People like this show. Some are just to embarrassed to say so cause they think it`s so cheesy and it is but I guess now that I`m in college everything is so relaxed no one really cares who knows what they like and don`t like and everything is like whatever. Which is good cause you can be yourself more and love Bell so much you still watch reruns even though you have the DVD just cause its on.

That's funny that they were taking the quiz though, did they say anything to you? You should've walked up to them and said Hello, my name is Screechina, I didn't know you liked SBTB lol.... BTW You had a restaurant close by giving the quiz??

aww i hate people like that. even if they dont agree(which in this case they really did) they should respect other peoples intrests. i bet if i wore one to my high school people would be nasty too. there are lots of people that like it but they are not true fans. i guess it just depends on which kids saw it.
