Hey Gang,
This will be GREAT!!! Thanks Erika and Barb for getting this going.
I hope I didn't upset anyone with the suggestion that the reins be turned over to the Mods to get this going while Erika is busy with her BIG DAY approaching. We just really needed some action here on the forum and with this launched, I think we may see it!!!
Thanks again to Erika for providing such a wonderful place to talk about SBTB, and thanks to the Mods for all the help they give Erika! All a ya'll are great!!!

I just know how sometimes emails, PMs and posts can be read differently than intended and I wanted to make sure it wasn't! I LOVE my friends here and don't want anyone to get the wrong idea about sommething I wrote. I know, I worry too much!

I know that we just started Tiger Vision, but I have to say that I'm loving it already. ;D I really enjoy talking about episodes like this. Thanks to zach, I believe it was, who came up with this idea and thanks to The Friar for coming up with a great name for the section and for coming up with the ratings scale.  |

I can't believe we didn't think of this sooner. Think about it...if this was a new show, we would be discussing each and every new episode that came out every week. Instead, we have to recap it through reruns and dvds. Too bad we didn't have the internet back then...We'd also probably have TONS more pictures of the cast too, including paparazzi and stuff. If you notice, those kind of pics weren't seen as often back in the day, but now they leak to the internet and everyone sees them. Come to think of it though...I did have the internet while the College Years aired and The Wedding. However, media was a pain to get on the net back then, but still could've discussed the episodes...If only I had a time machine. LOL |

i know exactly how you feel barb! i would have loved having the internet to get pics and info in the sbtb days. heck even in the late 90's when stuff was still floating around more. im so mad i didnt get the internet till 2000 and thats kinda when things slowed down.  |

I could have had so much more stuff and I think the discussions about each episode would be different because we wouldn't know what was going to be happening. We seem to be on a slow start here. There is no chance this would be haulted if things don't pick up is there? No, I think this is one of those things that will stay. I think the forum needed it. I think people are just really busy with their personal lives. And often at times people go through kicks with the show. It's not new episodes so some people aren't tuning in every week to watch it so they might tend to forget about it (and the forum). Summer can be an odd time. We can either be really dead or we could be fairly busy. We'll have to see. I will continue to change the episodes every other week though. Should I extend this episode for another week or should I change it to the next episode tomorrow? |
