More information about their split... www.askmen.com/toys/entertainment_100/114_gossip.html Although I'm sure this won't come as a shock to anyone, Doritos Girl Ali Landry, 30, has dumped husband and former Saved by the Bell star Mario Lopez only two weeks after getting hitched. After dating for six years, Landry made the mistake of marrying Lopez, who was rumored to have been cheating on her during their entire relationship. I guess she was one of those "intelligent" women who thought the cheating would magically stop once he had a wedding band on his finger.
To her dismay, and only three days after their nuptials, Lopez apparently stayed out all night, leaving Ali home alone while he partied up a storm with a 20-year-old babe. Her mind was likely filled with explicit scenarios, at which point she made her decision to give him the boot.

I found this on the Entertainment Tonight site this morning. It looks like they weren't able to work thing out.
ALI LANDRY & MARIO LOPEZ DIVORCE June 11, 2004
Star couple ALI LANDRY and MARIO LOPEZ can now join the club of minute-rice Hollywood marriages. The dimply actor who played A.C. Slater on the popular '80s teen sitcom "Saved by the Bell" and the beautiful model/"Spy TV" host are getting divorced just six weeks after their April 24 wedding. Papers filed by Landry in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday called for a dissolution of their marriage due to the ever-popular "irreconcilable differences." The once-charming couple started dating in 1999.

I guess we have to accept the rumor. It's true. So sad to hear.

Uh-oh, looks like they're pulling a Britney! I feel so so sorry for Ali, she seems like such a wonderful beautiful human being. Although unlike most guys who when they have a gorgeous girlfriend want to flaunt it, I remember around the time they first got together he was on Donnie and Marie. They talked a little about it with him and his answer was simply I don't want to talk about it. Ali deserves better than that! As for Mario, I hope he can reform his ways and become a better man.

I know I have said I will remain a fan of his no matter what but the more I read about their relationship or lack thereof I find myself becoming less a fan. I`ve started avoiding everything Mario. I don`t know. When I think of him now I don`t think talented actor I think cheating jerk. Do you guys feel the same?

Nah! I still love him. People make mistakes. I wouldn't want people to judge me if I were to make one single mistake...I wouldn't want them to forget about all the other good I have done. We have to forgive him. Nobody is perfect.

Did anyone watch "Extra" yesterday (Monday)? I didn't, but I heard they did a segment about their divorce.

The only thing new (that I had not heard before) was that she also charged him with fraud in the divorce and that she had signed a pre-nup. They said she wants either a divorce or an annulment.
I was listening to him on his radio show this morning and they were talking about the Lakers. Someone said something about they needed some good news and he said "Lord knows I need some good news". I wasn't sure whether he was talking about the Lakers or his personal life. Yesterday, He said he spent the weekend in San Diego with his family. One of the women on the show said she has seen Stepford Wives over the weekend and she keep thinking of him while she was watching it. He asked her what she meant and she said that he needed a woman without an opinion. Then they went on to another topic.
Has anyone else listened to him on the radio? If so, what is your impression?

It sounds like a messy divorce/annulment.
