I agree, although I'm a big fan of Diamond's I find it to be in incredibly poor taste to grovel for money to save his house. Many people go through tough times and lose their homes. Remindes me of the homeless family that lived in their car on SBTB, that guy passed out in a mall and he didn't have a job, yet he wasn't hawking t-shirts on some foul mouthed radio show. I also dislike the fact that Diamond has for years tried to distance himself from the character "screech". Yet when he needs a couple bucks he welcomes "screech" back with open arms. Move into an apartment, clean up your credit, and buy a home the right way. He knew that he had a risky loan to begin with, now he wants his fans to foot the bill for it? I will be contributing nothing!

I have to agree with you rocco, I just wonder what he's blown his money on - I mean he was on New Class after he turned 18, plus he did those chess videos, Trivial Pursuit commercial, the rerun show, Big Liar, Dickie Roberts, Weakest Link, 13th Grade, earning 1000 for a few hours a stand up a night - he even said on Howard that he's not bankrupt. I'm sure he's got to be better off financially than most of us on this forum. I mean come on 1000 for one night of work! I make a little more than that for 2 weeks worth of work. I'm a big fan of Saved By the Bell and of Dustin, but as much as it pains me to say this, I've lost some respect that I had for him and I even question if he's an honest person. I mean I always thought Jennifer was his wife, but on Howard Dustin said she was his fiancee, than the whole python thing I question. Also Jennifer has a doctorate in genetic engineering, I wonder why she gave that up and the money and health insurance to not make money, have no health insurance and manage Dustin. I feel bad for the stuff they've been through and I also commend them on their charity work, but I get a weird impression that they're not completely honest to the public.

I will help plege if I can go to the, "I saved my house by getting people to give me money party" With the money left over that is being scammed out of people because he couldn't pay his bills, he should use half the money at least for a charity...jesus, this idea is lame. Would anyone consider buying a crappy t-shirt from me so i can get rid of my herpes? HAHA if you pay 20 bucks I'll sign it "F**K Herpes"

I respect Dustin. I feel badly for him. But, quite honestly, there are other more things that come to mind that just might need my $15. I'd rather donate to more worthy causes/needs. That's just my opinion.

Agreed. I wonder how much money he'll get anyway. But I sure don't see how he could possibly sell 30,000 shirts in 30 days.
I think most people would rather purchase a DVD for $15 than buy one of his shirts.

If that's for real then I'd suggest that Mr & Mrs Diamond look into getting one of these jobs that the rest of us manage to find. Considering Dustin has had more money pass through his hands than most of us are likely to ever have I find it (like most of his jokes) in extremely poor taste and not actually even very funny. Good work, Dustin!
