i agree with you Nick. Look at all the actors and actresses winning Oscars because of their racy roles. Halle Berry?? Hello!!!! Hilary Swank!!! Denzel!! Nicole Kidman!! All of them won Oscars for doing some major turns of their careers and it has paid off. I think she should go back to doing soaps. She had a pretty good character on Days and B&B. Exactly! |

Some people don't think some things should be compromised for a paycheck. I respect Lark for taking a road less traveled and if it gives her peace of mind, then it was worth it.

Yeah, i do support her as well, but i would like to see how far her talent can go. we've seen just about the whole gang jump to a higher level except her. Like when MPG did DMOC i saw him in a different light. he played that character so well that he owned the movie. he was great!! Tiffani on 90210 as Valerie...CLASSIC!!! Mario in the Greg Louganis story...Inspiring!! Elizabeth in Show...nevermind...Any Given Su...skip that too. Anyway, i would just like to see a breakthrough role for Lark. Either she just doesn't want to be in that type of category or no one is giving her the opportunity to shine as she should.  |

It's probably just the characters that she's getting. I'd like to see her in different roles too, but if her religion is stopping her than I'll support her decision.

I don't remember the name of the movie, but Lark did have a role that was pretty risky for her. It was on BET a few months ago...

Yeah I'll give her props for that, but unfortunately we may never see how good of an actress she can really be... Sadly, you're right. The reason why I say that is because the direction that movies are going these days always involve "sexual" scenes. |
