It is on the next episode but the next episode is on 29th of November. It appears there's no episode next week - I have no idea why, thanksgiving stuff maybe - I don't know how US stuff works!

Yeah, they've been getting more expensive to make more episodes like they used to...so instead of showing the episodes all at once they spread them out from Aug/Sept - May. Holidays are usually where we see the breaks. In December I don't think there's ever any new episodes...and that often carries on into January. We're lucky if there's 15 episodes anymore. In TV Guide I read that Gilmore Girls will have 13 episodes next season. Remember the days when there was 20-25 episodes per season?

The AMA's air next week. I believe the salary problem with TV shows is due to the fact that the stars of the shows are being paid a ridiculous ammount of money.

The reason most shows are cut down in size is to make room for other shows to debut mid-season, not paying the actors their salaries. You also see some shows premeire their best episodes in November and May for their sweeps period to increase their advertising revenue, so before and after those months is usually where you see repeat episodes. If those shows garner enough ratings, advertisers would pay that ridiculous amount of money to air their 30-second commercial in that time slot, thus contributing to the actors' salaries.

I really want to stay on topic here since I'm so glad to see M-P back on a good show, but I will say that part of the financial reason is because the stars of the shows get paid a ridiculous amount of money. It's not the case for all shows, but that is part of the problem. However, I would much rather discuss M-P in his new role so I'm not going to get into anymore of what I think about that. I'm just sooooo happy he is on such a good show!

This is really weird for me. This is the first political show I have ever watched. Even before I found out Mark-Paul was joining the cast, I was interested in it. I think it's because Geena Davis, great actress, and Donald Sutherland, great actor, are the stars of the show.
