This may be a stupid question, but does anyone here know if any of the cast of SBTB gets residuals when the shows are rerun? I would assume not, because Dustin Diamond certainly wouldn't have had any financial problems if he were getting them.

I'm not sure if they did or not, but if they did, that doesn't mean Dustin still wouldn't be in the situation he's in now.

I believe they do. But even with that, they don't make much at all. It's not a matter of not having enough money though, he just wasted it all and took advantage of his fans. IF he was in finance problems. We still don't know all the details.

I can't speak for everyone, but it's not just that we don't know details, we don't know what he has told the truth about. Like I said, residuals or not, he would still be in the same situation. It's just sad that it's by his choice.

I believe they do. But even with that, they don't make much at all. It's not a matter of not having enough money though, he just wasted it all and took advantage of his fans. Even with that, he just wasted it all ? If he got a dime for every time they aired an episode with him in it (and this would be all but 16 episodes of all 4 series combined , how many millions would that be? It would be mind boggling. |

YES, the major cast (ie:MP,Mario,Screech,Tiffani,Elizabeth,Lark,Dennis) and some major crew (ie:Peter Engel, Don Barnheart, Franco Bario, just a few more). They get paid depending on weather the show airs on prime time (which it dosen't) and it also depends on the station. Also some the money they make goes to thier manager/ assistents/ possibly family. I know this because my mom worked on the show Fresh Prince of BelAir. Now those actors still get paid a lot because of the factors listed above. Also it is called "SYNDICATION" when a show runs when it is off the air and the actors get paid. But i'm sure the actors/esses don't get paid much.
