I searched for this topic and was really surprised to not find it i put the major couples or just the ones i remembered that seemed important to tell you the truth i didnt really like Zack and Kelly as a couple(dont shoot me  ) i always wanted Kelly to choose Slater, but i liked Slater the best when he was with Jessie  |

Oh, believe me. We've had PLENTY! I just think they were deleted with the Poll Board. (It was deleted, right Erika?) Oh, and I think we all know who my favorite is? lol  |

Yes. I deleted many threads that were created from 2003-2006 in most boards. And I think this thread was one of them.

I voted for Zack and Kelly. Allthough I really liked Zack and Stacey too It depends But since Zack and Kelly are THE couple of Saved By The Bell, I'll have to go with them |

I voted for Zack and Kelly, I liked Slater and Jessie as well but I thought Zack and Kelly belonged to each other.  |

Zack and Kelly were meant to be!
I remember how heartbreaking the prom episode was when she left him for that waiter guy. Then he cheated on her! Urgh, what a douche.

Zack and Stacey. I thought she was the only girl on the show that could handle Zack. Kelly seemed too innocent, and even Lisa's sassy attitude fell short. Stacey was much quicker to pick up on Zack's scheming and cunning, and he seemed to like the challenge. Jesse and Zack may have been good, but I think, like Lisa, they only devoted one episode (Snow White) to it, and really that was just an accident over having to kiss in one of the scenes. Plus Jesse liked to boss her men around (Bubba), and Slater really seemed to enjoy the banter with Jesse.
As far as Lisa and Screech - I never thought this was meant to be anything more than an exercise in futility. Both Lisa and Screech should have gotten better pairings. I actually thought the Kelly and Screech thing worked well, but they passed it off since they had "nothing in common". Violet was OK, but perhaps too nerdy (Screech just didn't seem like the type of nerd to go after other nerds). Lisa only had single-episode relationships. As far as an ideal match for Lisa, someone preppy like the guy from the date auction (Brian Watkins), but not as arrogant and high-minded as Brian or devious as "preppy" Zack. Maybe she would go after a promising jock if she thought it would make her rich and famous someday (like the freshman football player).

I would have to say Zack and Kelly. Those two fit each other nicely. Jessie and Slater came in a close second because I liked the heated banter between the two of them. It kinda disappointed me to see Lisa never give Screech a second thought until he gave up his Valedictorian spot to Jessie. I'm not saying they should have been a couple in the same mold as Zack and Kelly, but they should have had them come closer together than they were allowed.
