We were all so excited about the dvd and now as I read posts I`m reading how dissapointed everyone is. (granted i agree of why) but.... CHEER UP! We have waited for this since dvds hit the market and thanks to lions gate its finally here. So lions gate did`nt exactly do a stellar job, but they did it. I say we appreciate the fact that we have the dvd in the first place, watch the out of order episodes, and just be happy we can put our vhs tapes we recorded ourselves that were probbly not top notch anyway on permanent hiatus. We should let lions gate know of the mistakes and be aware the next time they come out with a dvd place the sticker elsewhere, include an episode guide, and for goodness sake airdate order is not cool. I`m sure the next dvd set will be even better. Practice makes perfect. After seeing the sales of this dvd then maybe another vendor will release a whole new set. maybe it`ll be better. Just enjoy five disks of endless saved by the bell fun.

I purchased the DVD set of SBTB and aside the problems people have been pointing out, the second season is missing a few episodes, and on most of the episodes, the original intros aren't used. I happen to have the six videos of SBTB that came out around 1993, and the episodes on those videos have the original openings but do not appear on the DVD. Furthermore, if you'll notice, most of the episodes on the DVD are around 22:15 long, and some of the episodes of that length are around 23:15 on the videos. I welcome any additional comments you may have on that matter.

woa guys. This girl also has the original episodes released by Goodtimes Home Video. I have all the books, the fan club kit, and a ton more I have collected over the years. I was watching SBTB when it was still GMMB on The Disney Channel. I realize the many mistakes Lions Gate has made. I was just trying to a little bit of positive into the negative. But if you want to procastinate on the fact that the episodes are outta order and the begining is not the same then do so, but do something about it and contact lions gate via e-mail and let them know to prevent it next time around. Complaining is nothing more than a waste of valuable time till you do something about it.

Good point Bulldog! Oh and before anyone decides to complain....DO NOT SEND COMPLAINTS TO ME! I have been getting really annoying complaints and questions about the DVD and I would just like to remind ya'll that I have nothing to do with the DVD. I am just here to promote it. I have the same questions like you all....but I am making the most of my DVD and loving the fact I have them and I am truly grateful...and I am A DIE HARD FAN!!! Be happy, enjoy them, and let's be hopeful for a next set. The complaints I have been getting have really ruined my experience watching the DVD. They really depress me...especially seeing what people are so upset about on my forum! So, please...I ask this, just send THEM a complaint...let's refrain from posting negative comments on here. I am only asking, you don't have to do what I say...but I am sure the true fans are sick of reading complaints when we can't do anything about it! Have fun watching them...just chill out! lol Erika

Erika, I definitely agree with you. Everyone should be happy that someone actually gave this show a chance and put it on DVD.

Yes, we should be happy that they took chance to put STBT on DVD. It's like a gamble for then. They put a lot of $$$ to put the STBT on DVDs and sell it. They just want to get their $$$ worth.
We should feel lucky them put them on DVDs. Other teen shows weren't put on DVD's or in syndication like STBT.
I wish more DVDs coming up next year. Possible I need to save more $$$.
