I know we said no complaining, but I just wanted to point something out that I haven't seen discussed yet. It may be perceived as a mindless detail, but it was something I noticed. Anyone notice that at various points during the episodes, especially on the first disc, the screen jumps a little, kind of like what happens when you view a bad tape in a VCR. It isn't REAL noticable, but if you pay attention you can see it and it can get a little annoying. I'm not sure if it has to do with the grading the episodes were in when transferred to DVD or some type of production issue that may have caused it, but it was just something that kind of "irked" me a little. Anyway, I'm sorry if it sounded like I was complaining there, but I just wanted to point that out.
Also, did anyone by chance receive a booklet of some sort with their DVD? I'm only asking this because when I unfolded all the sections of the DVD's, on the far left section there's like a pocket there, where a booklet could possibly be inserted. There was nothing in there for the DVD I bought, so I'm wondering if it was the same for anyone else or if anyone had something in there. Thanks for your help.

its most likely the production of the show, you can see a numerous amount of times mics hanging down at the top of the picture and there are some odd camera zoom/panning. Im not sure if Im seeing the jerking but I'll try to watch for it, there's bound to be a few errors if you decide to produce a 2 season dvd collection in just one day and nobody that I know of got anything in that pocket as it was placed there for either two reasons, 1 they had to fill the odd fold with something, and a maybe they thought the folder idea is better than another picture, or 2 its really supposed to be a 6 dvd set and they didn't get around to giving us the rest of season 2 so last minute they made the folder idea for reasons in idea 1

I don't understand why people are taking complaints so personally. If you paid for a product, you should expect superior quality. Though no one here can really do anything, at least you can compile a list of things to bring to the attention of Lions Gate.[/color]

Did you notice what this person was complaining about? Something so small that happens to last a mili-second. I mean, how superior do we want this? How superior do all DVD's and any other product you purchase come, anyway??.....let's just get over the mindless details and be grateful for the fact this show got on DVD. (How many other classic shows are still on the waiting list?)
I just hope that people at NBC and Lions Gate realize what kind of community SBTB has, and I am hoping they respect us and give us a little more next time.
But I appreciate what I have...33 high quality eps I can pop into my DVD player and watch whenever I want of SAVED BY THE BELL!!!!!

I agree with both Kia and Erika but it is a very fine line of agreement. Yes, when we purchase a product it should be in excellent shape. Then again we ca`nt always get what we want and mistakes will be made. Nothing in life is perfect and speaking of the dvd it definitly was`nt. BOTTOM LINE I wish there were`nt any complaints but this is a forum and the basic idea of a forum is a place where people can talk about a idea or show and express all opinions freely both negative and positive. Complaints are`nt always nice to read but looking on the bright side if I would have never read about the security sticker complaint I would have never read how a hairdryer can fix the problem and thanks to that complaint and helpful response my dvd is safely sticker free. Again people, Lions Gate can`t fix the problems if they are not aware of them.

Bulldog said it all. I concur 100%. If we don't express our disappointments with this set on the forum to the official DVD site that Lions Gate appointed, then we have no right to express problems that bothered us the first season and we didn't mention. I'm sure they'd rather have a higher customer satisfaction rate, just like we'd like to be more satisfied. Overall, I'm relatively satisfied with the set, but there are a number of ways that it could be better. We need to let them know that we'd really like extras on the future sets. And chapter stops within the episodes, and a booklet. It's not like we're asking to get a friend for an hour with the DVDs.

I am sure there are some problems with the masters of the shows because most likely no one was thinking about putting these shows on DVD 10 years later. I don't look at the above as complaints as much as observations. No one should be afraid to point something out if it bugs them. I am so happy to have these on DVD that I over look anything that might be wrong. All in all nothing major. Just my .02$
