hey guys, Have you seen the DVD on ebay? Some people are pre-selling it already. They do show the cover art and they say Hawaiian Style is being featured. And they say 29 episodes? What does this mean? Was I given wrong information? I don't know what to think anymore! LOL This must be jinxed! lol

I have only looked at it twice. I can't anymore..it aggrivates me too much! LOL But what does that have to do with it? I don't understand. ;D I meant like honestly how often do you sit and look at the covers of Season 1+2, 3+4, and TCY. I rarely do...

Erika You got a mention a couple times on tvshowsondvd! They confirm no Hawaiian Style and 24 eps. They posted a news item about the cover and this website and they're also trying to get to the bottom of the Elizabeth Berkley slight. Matt www.tvshowsondvd.com

This is ridiclious. You can never get a straight answer. I wish Image would have done it.

I read the article!
Got I question, may sound stupid to some of you people, but Im gonna ask it any way.(i don't believe there are any stupid questions, just to let you know)
You can pre-order Season 5 on ebay. Does that mean you can get it before the release date? I've never shopped on-line before so I don't know

But you don't recieve it before everyone.

Great write-up on tvshowsondvd.com! I hope Lions Gate sees that (which I'm sure there is someone watching that site - if they're smart anyway ). If that doesn't get them to change the cover then I don't know what will.

Saved By The Bell is not set to be released until June 19. If it is ordered that either Lions Gate or another company re-create the cover, that may post-pone the release date. I'm wondering how everyone would feel about that? Personally, I would have NO problem with it. If it means ALL the cast members getting credit, I'd wait!

I wonder if it would... I think they can work on meeting a deadline to re-create the cover...I sure hope they can at least.

To me, it's not really about having all the cast members getting credit because if we know Lions Gate, and I think we do, that just means taking a picture of Jessie and pasting it right next to Belding -- or even worse, OVER Belding. Postponing the DVD set doesn't really bother me so long as Lions Gate gets it done right. Frankly, that means no cheap "copy/paste" jobs with Belding and Tori... or doing something obvious like pasting Belding's head on Tartikoff's body!

From what I've heard, cover art can change frequently, pratically until the release date.
When one thinks about it, the cover is just cardboard. For instance, I recently bought the reality series "The Mole" on DVD. The original cover art, though not terrible, was a little "too busy". The art was changed about a month before it was released to a more "clean" cover.
With that in mind, Lions Gate can change the cover art up until possibly mid-to-late May without any consequences for the release date.
