Well, I guess these are hard....
Mrs. Belding's name was "Becky Flugleman" It's stated on Say Nope to Dope, and is said when the gang asks Brandon Tarterkoff how he got into running NBC. He says: "Blah blah, when we were younger, I wanted to be a high school principal, and Richard wanted to get into show business. Richard and I were chasing the same girl, Becky Flugleman. Well, Dick won her, and I had to settle for running NBC." (Something to that effect)
The second one is Allen Fairbanks!

At the dance those two pieces were wrestled away from Alan, which still leaves the possibility that he in fact had licked them somewhat.
