I have two things to comment on..First..every time I watch the wedding and see Alex, Mike and Mr. Belding sitting at the ceremony I always wonder why Leslie wasn't there? Does anyone know the real reason why she didn't appear in the wedding? After all, Lisa, Alex and Leslie were all fighting to be the maid of honor in the last episode..
And I know that Jesse wasn't in the entire wedding movie because she was busy with other things at the time of filming, but do you ever wonder what the wedding movie would've been like if she was able to be in the entire thing? She probably would just ride along with Lisa and Kelly. And maybe Slater would get back together with her and wouldn't have met Karla instead. I guess you could think about whatever you want when it comes to this..the possibilies are endless.. But what do you all think?

i always wondered why leslie wasnt in the movie too. in the last college years episode they were fighting about being bridesmades and never sad what happened. i guess lisa won. hmmmm
i think the movie would have been very different if jessie had been in it. carla had a big rolde in the story. it would be interesting to know how they would have done the story. guess we will never know!

I think Slater still would have hooked up with Karla. Him and Jessie were never really serious about each other as much as Kelly and Zack were. I think Jessie would have gone along with Kelly and Lisa`s plan but she would have been the one to get them out thier kidnapping instead of Lisa`s hotel guy becuase she`s a quick and smart thinker. I wonder why Alex was`nt still up there as a bridesmaid though. You can have more than one. I don`t why Leslie was`nt there. It be fun to find out though!

Um...I was wondering why Jessie was able to shimmy up to the "maid of honor" place when she took her place in the wedding party. Lisa was there first.[/color]

I don't think Jessie was the maid of honor. I always got the impression that Lisa was the maid of honor and Jessie was just a bridesmaid.

I thought she was just a bridesmaid too...especially since Jessie is last of the girls walking down the aisle after the ceremony.

Yeah. Still doesn't change the fact that she got in front of Lisa after her summer school speech. And that she exited with Best Man Slater.

I wonder about that too. I would hope Lisa was the Maid of Honor because she never seemed as close to Jessie as she was to Lisa. About her exit with Slater... who knows...

Yes, I know. Especially since she was there for all the stuff they went through in the movie.

Maybe the actress who played Leslie, Anne Tremko, wasn't available for filming. It's a shame she wasn't at the wedding, it would have made it seem complete with all the main characters from The College Years at the wedding.

Since Jessie only appeared in the final moments of the movie, it goes to show that, out of all 6 original gang members, Jessie was the more dispensable one. Had any one of the other 5 been missing, the movie wouldn't have been the same.
