I have seen Dead Man on Campus and it's pretty silly. I guess it depends on your kind of humor. I thought it could've been a lot funnier. I almost think they tried to make it a black comedy. It didn't work for me.

I love DMOC. It's so dumb, but some of the parts are hilarious. Like when they're breaking into the records office. That's the best. I mean, it's a MTV movie. You can't expect much.

The presence of MPG of course made it better for me. Made me think about how he was doing similar stuff on The College Years 4 years earlier (sans bong collection).
It was sporadically funny, and campus comedies often have appeal to me, but it didn't work all the way through. It could have been better, but it's still probably the best theatrical film that an SBTB star has had a starring role in. (Though, there haven't been too many of those, admittedly.)

The movie was pretty cool. I think his character in the movie was like a darker side of Zach. I agree though it was probably one of the best movies a saved by the star has been in but dustin diamonfd was just in dickie roberts and that movie was pretty good but i suppose it does`nt count because it was`nt a starring role.

My friend was saying something about him playing such a different character 'cause he was a pothead and I was like, "This is some straight Zack Morris stuff. Weed or no weed. Plus Zack probably would have gotten on that stuff if TCY would have lasted longer."

Kia`s right if you think of Zach`s character he would have so been a pothead. I`m sure there would have been more than one toga party in his day. I know I`m going get slack for this, but if I was Kelly I would have chosen Slater only because Zach pulled so many scams on her before she officially started dating him. Whenever life was`nt going his way he pulled a scam on one of friends. Slater never tried to scam anyone without Zach provoking first. Slater would have been my choice without a doubt.

i really dont think they would've made zack a pothead b/c it'd influence kids to do the same b/c he was such an idol but like if zack morris was a real person n not on TV then probably he wouldve been - n i dont agree w/ picking slater i mean zack was a good-hearted kid i mean sure he pulled pranks on his friends that werent cool at times n kinda selfish but of course they all came out alright n he really loved kelly very much.. but thats just my side
