I saw that episode. She's also on one of the episode of Step by Step. On SBS episode she did, she looks more like Kelly. I think it was made in 92?

I remember that episode.
It was originally in 1990. Around that time, "Bell" was red-hot and Tiffani-Amber (she still had the second name then) was a big-time teen heartthrob.
Most boys hitting the age of 10 had a poster of her on their wall
