I have only seen one or two epsodies of the new class, and the only thing that really bothered me was they were trying to make all of the characters the exact same of the orginal cast.
UPDATE: I decided not to buy the dvd today when I went to Best Buy

I could never get into the New Class. Especially when Screech came back to the show. I just felt they over exaggerated his character too much. And it was a little unbelieveable that he would get that good of a job after only one year of college. The kids in it were annoying, especially the first season of the New Class with Scott and The Weasel...

While it obviously isn't as good as the original... it is worth buying because how many times can you watch the old episodes before you have seen them all too often..... I watch the new ones as a break and then when i go back to the old ones i havent seen them in a while.

I'm a fan of Dustin's. That's why I would buy them. Do you really thin The New Class should have even been done? There were sooooooo many cast changes.
