The darker colors have made it impposible for me to read certain posts. If someones post is in the darker version, I can't see it!

I know when I work on my site for my family I have to be careful what colors I use because there are a few that are color blind and some who just can't see very well. Which colors do you have a hard time with? Or is it just the dark colors together?

I'm finding it a bit easier to read posts that are the dark ones. It's not the letters, it's the posts. Like one post is grey and the next one is like a really dark green or something. It could be my computer.

It could be my computer. The one background is light gray with black lettering and the other is a darker gray with black lettering. My guess is it's your monitor's settings (it could even be going bad)...but besides this, is there anything else hard to read or is a weird contrast? Like images, etc. Because if there isn't then you might have a hard time with gray or something...I don't know. lol

It's only the dark gray with the dark letters. Everything else is fine. Hate to say it, but I do have 20, 20 vision and I do know that I'm not color blind.
Who knows. It's not causing me to have any headaches, I just thought I would bring it.

It must be the way your monitor is showing the colours, as Barb says.
Is there any way you can 'auto adjust' it? Sometimes my old monitor used to look fine but then I'd press auto adjust and it would suddenly look a whole lot better. I'd barely noticed a problem beforehand, I was just used to the colours. I find the colours on here clear to read, except when the odd person will use their own special font or something that doesn't always show up well.

I don't know what happened, but now those post are coming in clearer! I think I'll state the problem as me losing my mind! lol I came on a few minutes ago and the dark letters on the dark gray were unbelievably clear! Maybe the person I share the computer with did something! Oh well. Thanks for all the help everyone!
