Came on after TOS. I really enjoyed this show, especially Sly, the lead singer, and the blond girl who went on to Baywatch. The theme song makes me cry its so good.

What was this show about? I'm trying to figure out if I've ever seen it.

It was about this garage band in California who always played at this local club/hangout. I think the lead singer and her sister were in the band. The only episode I really remember is when they paint some room and end up throwing the paint all over each other.

i thought sly was the manager of the band, TP84? I used to think that the show was only interesting as far as the music.

I loved this show too! I also hope it comes out on DVD. I thought it would be one of those shows that people had copies of and would be nice and post it online on Youtube. I think the only videos available on Youtube are a few scenes and the theme songs.

was this the show that had something in the theme tune along the lines of 'surfing dudes with attitude ,kind of groovy.......', can't remember the rest, but if it is the one I'm thinking of I saw a few episodes when I was off work on a Sunday and they showed it on channel four here on Sunday mornings.

Here's the video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mp823uNEi6oThat's cool that they're playing the show. But what is your channel 4's network? NBC? What your channel 4 is doesn't mean that's my channel 4. Hopefully it's a network show and not just a local show, but I doubt that. I guess the only thing we could all do is look it up on zap2it.com and type in our zip code and the name of the show. *Edited because I called the show a video. lol

sorry to confuse you. (I only mentioned channel four in case soemone from UK read it and remembered watching it). Channel four is just one of our four terrestrial channels (still not got round to getting cable or satelite). It is a channel that buys a lot of the american shows.
Thanks for the link to the video on youtube and yes thats definately the show. Thanks. I only saw it a few times, but enjoyed the few episodes I did see.

I just saw this thread and glad I found one for it. I always loved this show, and wished they still showed it on tv. I also hope it comes to dvd. After SBTB it was my favorite show when I was younger.
