Remeber this show? I used to watch this in sindication around the same time I would watch SBTB. I can hear Buddy yell "Charles!" right now, lol.

me too! i really liked this show. tiffani was actually in an episode once. she was like charles's new girlfriend.

Ya Nick at Nite does`nt show the true classics anymore. It`s all stuff from the 90`s.

Hey Gang,
I LOVED Charles in Charge! What a great show. Buddy was very funny. I used to get laughing at him and I'd laugh so hard sometimes, that I cried. Good stuff!

I have heard so many people criticize this show. I have to say I didn't like the first season, but when they did the cast change, I watched it all the time! I didn't start watching it until it went into syndication, but I'm you the rest of you. It's a great show! ;D

Hey Gang,
Yah, know though, they had the same problem on Charles in Charge that SBTB had...they dumbed down the dumb/nerd character way too much. On Charles in Charge Buddy was not the simpleton he became by the end of the show. The same thing happened to Screech on SBTB. By the time he got to The New Class he was not the same character that started out on GMMB. In those GMMB and early SBTB episodes Screech gave as good as he got from Zach. But near the end both Screech on SBTB and Buddy on Charles in Charge became very different characters than they were originally written. It's too bad, both of those characters were much better in their original form.

A classic show. Very underrated. I bought the DVD for my mother for her birthday. I watched all the episodes. Most were very funny. The show made more sense in the first season. Perhaps the later episodes are funnier?
