Ya, he is there often. The place is a dump, but can be fun. I used to go there all the time and he was there half the time I was - this was about 2 years ago. And I was in that place about a week and a half ago and there he was again.

Besides Mr. Belding (who is a regular there), you sometimes see other celebs walk in. I'm not 100% sure, but I think I saw Carlton from Fresh Prince do some Karaoke there once - they introduced him as Alfonso, and he looked a lot like him (a lot!) but he didn't stick around after the song, so I can never be 100% sure.
