If he's not saved by the bell, Dustin Diamond could be forced out of his home—and soon. The artist otherwise known as Samuel "Screech" Powers from the '90s NBC sitcom is facing foreclosure after America Home Servicing, on behalf of plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, filed a petition seeking to recoup more than $290,000 in late mortgage payments on Diamond's Wisconsin digs, according to legal documents. "He's been making payments and as far as I know everything's been going fine on his end," Paul tells E! News. "Believe me, I'd be the first to know if that was the case because he'd be calling me in a panic." Still, Diamond might just want to get a lawyer on the horn to sort this out. After all, this wouldn't be the first time Diamond's defaulted on the residence, located in Ozaukee County, Wisc. Back in 2006 after falling behind on his mortgage, the trash-talking Celebrity Fit Club alum attempted to raise mortgage money by selling $15 "Save My House" T-shirts on his website (for an extra $5, you get his autograph!). Despite reports that some people never received their tees, Diamond eventually managed to keep the bank at bay. We're not sure if he has a plan B. Perhaps another stab at porn? Maybe something like Screech Meets Octomom? Er, on second thought, scrap that. Read more: www.eonline.com/uberblog/b175383_anybody_got_home_screech.html#ixzz0kWumxICu

I wonder how he's gonna get him self out of this one - if it's true of course. Maybe he should just try to get serious for once, and actually find some work.
