Mark Paul Gosselaar and Wife Seperate!

"Saved by the Bell" star Mark-Paul Gosselaar and his wife Lisa Ann Rusell have separated after 14 years of marriage, People.com reports.

They both remain focused on their family and are jointly committed to their children," his rep told People.

The couple met on the set of "Saved by the Bell," when Russell had a small role, and wed in 1996. They have two children, Michael Charles, 6, and Ava Lorenn, 4.

Gosselaar is starring in the upcoming TNT's new legal show "Franklin & Bash."

Mark-Paul officially filed for divorce on June 18. I thought something else was going on when the pics of him and his kids were posted and he wasn't wearing his wedding ring.

I was so sad when I found out they were getting divorced! He seemed to be so happy with his wife and had a great relationship with her. What I find even sadder is the reason why he filed for divorce.

I followed the link, but I couldn't find anything about the reason that they have chosen to divorce. What is the reason?

Definitely an unfortunate thing to have happen. Best of luck to both of them, as well as the children, in the future.
