More and more people are using Twitter these days, and there's a veritable SBTB-related presence there.

Be aware, there are also a bunch of fake accounts, like most likely this Tiffany Thiessen one, so if you've found an account with an actor's name, be sure to check if it's verified before bothering to follow it. If they have any access to an agent or publicist or whathaveyou (or have any twitter savvy themselves), they'll be made to verify the account before posting anything.
