According to the September 4, 2006 issue of Star magazine, Mario is dating Passions actress Heidi Mueller. It has a picture of them together and here is what it says:
The former Saved By The Bell actor , 32 told Star he and the Passions cutie, 24 were "just hanging out right now," despite snuggling throughout a 40 -minute flight from Las Vegas to L.A.!

I have seen a few photos of Mario and Heidi on WireImage. I think he is trying to stay on the good side of his partner by giving her a kiss on the cheek.

Mario has confirmed that he is NOT in a relationship with anyone. Just dating and having fun! ;D

I too,thought he was maybe dating Karina.. they did look awful cozy at that pool.. *shrugs* who knows though, right?

I thought Mario and Karina were dating at first to, but on one of the entertainment shows, she jokingly asked him how many women he is dating. lol I think that all this effection he shows to her is just the way he is. He's an affectionate person.  |

ya most of the rumors are that he's with his dwts partner... they've been seen snuggling and going out very often... maybe he's just talkin to these girls, you never know
