Stars line up for new 'Nip/Tuck' season
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 1 (UPI) -- A lineup of stars including Kathleen Turner, Larry Hagman and Brooke Shields will appear on the upcoming season of the U.S. cable TV hit "Nip/Tuck."
Turner appears in next week's season premiere, playing a phone-sex operator, the New York Post reported.
Subsequent episodes will feature Hagman, Shields, Richard Chamberlain and Mario Lopez from TV's "Saved by the Bell."
Most of the celebrity guests will play patients of the FX show's plastic surgeon lead characters -- following in the footsteps of past guests such as Joan Rivers and Rebecca Gayheart.
Along with the celebrity visits, "Nip/Tuck" this season will offer viewers the sort of graphic sex and surgical procedures they have come to expect from the show's prior three seasons.
