Rumors have Elizabeth replacing actress Catherine Kellner in the off-Broadway production ''Hurlyburly'', starring Ethan Hawke and Parker Posey. The show is currently playing at the 37 Arts Theatre in New York. Understudy Diana Ruppe has been going on in the role of Bonnie and will continue to do until Elizabeth is ready. The show closes on July 2, 2005. That means Elizabeth will be in the show for about a month and a half.

Hey FRAN You beat me! You got the thread up before I did! I think it's great she's headed back. I don't care about the circumstances. I'm sure she'll do a great job.

Circumstances? If you mean the fact she's taking Kellner's place, it's very common in Broadway for actors to be replaced. Kellner had personal motivations to leave the show. Some years ago Elizabeth was cast to replace an actress for the Christimas season of "Chicago" but at the end the original actress continued her role. It can happen. I'm happy Liz is back! She love stage plays.

Fran I think I may have used the wrong word when I said circumstances. I know in broadway there are understudies. I don't know why Catherine Kellner left, but that's none of my business. Let's put it this way, I was really just happy to find out that Liz is going back to the stage. She's obviously very good on broadway and she loves it. I don't know that much about broadway, so I obviously have nothing negative to say about Catherine Kellner or Diane Ruppe. I personally don't think broadway performers get NEARLY as much recognition as they deserve. I'm a huge fan of Elizabeth and even though I won't be able to see the show, I'm glad she got the part. She is so talented

Being on broadway is awesome. It means you made it (basically) I'll be going to it most likely. I just don't know when. I will give a review when I see it.

Oh Please! Could you get a program or pictures from the show (pictures from the program, I don't want you to be arrested for taking pictures during the production!) for me? Or for you and then scan to me? You should ask her for an autograph (for you, I mean). She's always happy to sign autograph to her fans.

I will do my best. I know for a fact that there's no flash photography. I don't really have anything for her to sign. I don't have any saved by the bell stuff.

Thanks.
I plan on telling her that I've been a fan of hers since 89 (when sbtb started) and I'm going to tell her to break a leg and best wishes in the future with her career, and hopefully get a picture with her.

Maybe it's not fair since it's your time with Elizabeth, but I cannot ask you this! Could you please just tell her that her italian fan from Venice is launching her first web site? Well, I just asking, if you won't it ok for me. I would be kind of geleuos if someone would stole my time with her!! So if you don't want to, it's ok. I won't hate you at all. I CAN NOT hate any of her fans!
To everyone, the site is supposed to be launched on Elizabeth's birthday, next July 28. Not sure yet, but it would be great to have it ready for that date.
