LOL. I don`t know anyone who is a big enough Corey dan to keep track. I just loved the show. But I think the fact that Corey is married and wore a ring on the same hand on the same finger as Dustin sayes alot. Maybe he is`nt married but then again why the ring? He has 9 other fingers to choose from. Exactly, you hit the nail on the head. Nine other fingers. I just wonder about how guys wear rings. One of my friends had a ring like that on his finger and it didn't mean anything. Will a guy please explain the guy rings rules? ??!!!!!!!

A guy who wears a ring on his hand is either married or gay. So which is it? Is DD married now?
In response to a previous poster, I agree that Screech and DD are separate people. However, they do share common interests. For example, the real DD is a big chess nut, just like the Screech character. I often wonder how much of DD's real life experiences and personality ended up in the Screech character.

We are trying to figure out if he's married or not, and so far, the ring is currently in favor of the idea. About the Screech / real life guy Q., I think Dustin is very much his own person and it really influenced Screech on screen. I read an interview once where he said all they told him to do was act like a dork and make his voice funny. But after all, if you played a character for all those years, the line might begin to blur a little bit. Alter egos come in, and everything just gets all weird.

But Dustin himself should`nt be looked at as a dork simply for his character Screech.

It is and unforntunatly for Dustin, in the sence of how he will always be viewed as a major geek, he played Screech.

That's true, but it is somewhat his fault considering the fact that he agreed to play Screech. ...Geek or not, I still think he's awesome!

He was 11 I believe when he won the role of Screech so I doubt he saw the reprecussions of the character. Your right though, he is is awesome! Only he could play the character of Screech so well. Rock On Dustin!

Rock On Dustin! Well said, Dustin made Saved by Bell, and he will always be my favorite! I hope he gets some good exposure from the Dickie Roberts movie and lands some more film roles. P.S. He would have made a good Shaggy in the Scooby Doo movie I think.

Bulldog, Diamond was only 11 when he started playing Screech. However, the fact that he chose to come back and play Mr. Belding's assistant for 6 or 7 years after the original series ended is the real knock against him - that's why people still call him a dork. Even Dustin himself is apparently too embarassed about his role to talk about it. The Screech character was a terrible role for Dustin after he was all grown up.
