I just saw a sneak preview of the new comedy "13th Grade". Its an independent film that is making the rounds at film festivals and college campuses. Dustin Diamond appears as Corey, a Hollywood homeboy who admits that he is illiterate and goes to a high school in Delaware.
Its really funny and weird. Gervase, who was in the first Survivor, is also in it and is funny too.

I wonder if we will ever get to see it? I have heard about it.

The director gave a small talk at the end of the screening and said that he is shopping the film around and looking to get a distribution deal. Stay Tuned....

Hopefully people at the festival like it and give it good reviews... who knows, maybe it will be on the big screen?

Has anyone else seen the 13th Grade? I wonder if they are going to release a DVD of the movie. I think this picture is from the movie:

I'd think it will likely find its way on DVD whether it gets a big-screen deal or not... almost eveything comes out on DVD eventually.

I'll keep my fingers crossed. However, the great Vanilla Ice classic "Cool As Ice" has yet to come out on DVD even though it was playing in movie theatres way back in 1991 (for about a week).

Talking about old movies appearing on DVD, I finally found a copy of Big Top Pee-Wee in of all places the Wal-Mart $5.50 dump bin. This film has a short appearance by a young Dustin Diamond
