Evicted?

Does anyone know if Dustin has been evicted? On his getdshirts.com website and on the Howard Stern Show (on June 13th) he stated that he had to come up with $250,000 within 30 days of receiving his foreclosure notice.

According to the Network Solutions registry database, www.networksolutions.com/whois , Dustin registered his getdshirts.com domain name of June 6, 2006, 36 days ago. If he hasn't been evicted, he should tell his fans what happened. I think it would be disingenuous of him to continue to ask for money to meet some foreclosure deadline if the foreclosure deadline no longer exists or has already passed.

Well, on The View he mentioned he has lawyers helping him and working the case. Maybe they have settled some more time?

Yeah, he said that he had lawyers, "holding them off". Whatever that means. To me that says he is trying to work something out to keep the house, and that the whole 30 days and I'm out thing was a farce. I saw him on the View and other than Elizabeth Hasselback they really shredded his story. Mabey this whole thing will bring him back to acting? Wonder it he got any offers out of this exposure? Hope to see him on an episode of House next season. They could always use another ridiculous patient to annoy Dr. House. Dustin would fit that bill perfectly, mabey he could even yell "Zoinks"! ;D
