I just wanted to say that I think people are being too hard on Dustin in my view. I can't blame him for not wanting to lose his house. The thing is i that the donations are voluntary ,nobody is forced to buy a T-shirt. If people want to help, they can. If they don't want to, they don't have to. And they do get something in return if they do donate.Maybe the guy did get here through his own bad managment, I don't know. But I feel sorry for him. His baby died at birth last year because it had some kind of blood disorder and he and his GF have a lot of medical bills from that. I think the guys had some hard knocks in the last few years and I wish people wouldn't be so hard on him. Thats all.

There has been fact presented to us, where Dustin hasn't been 100% truthful. Some of us feel it's kind of selfish he decided to go about it in this way. Remember, we love Dustin deep down...most of us have supported him through his whole career....I think the way he chose to handle the situation is kind of a let down. But hey, if his true SBTB fans do not want to help him, who will? If you notice, many of them belong to this board. And many of us feel the same way. But you're absolutely right....we have a choice.....and most of us have chosen not to. I wish him well...I think we all do....I just think having him fall and finding a way to pick himself up from it is a lot more admirable. He had a choice too. And he chose that route. And most of us chose not to help.

I just found out about Dustin's situation a few days ago.Honestly, if I thought it would help at this point, I'd buy a t-shirt, but from what I've read , its already too late. I can't blame the guy for trying everything he could to save his house, even asking his fans for money.Maybe he figured that he had at least 30,000 fans out there out of all the people who have watched SBTB all over the world who wouldn't mind helping him out . Celebrities fans send them money and gifts all the time.Of course its usually unsolicited , but its not so outrageous when you think of it in that context. I agree that people should pick themselves up because generally people aren't going to do it for you.But Dustin has had some serious hard knocks in the last several years. I can really sympsathize with him because I've had some hard knocks myself and once you've been knocked down so many times, its hard to even want to start from the bottom and pull yourself up yet again.I just don't think what he is doing is a bad thing.
