Well I suppose that's good news.

This might be the film he's working on that apparently had him miss the oppurtunity of the stand up comedy performance for Arte Lang of Howard Stern. ??

Not sure if you're referring to Diamonds porn tape? I haven't seen it and honestly have no interest in seeing it. As to his other movies I still have the movie "13th grade" on my netflix list. It's been sitting there waiting for it to be released for some time.
