i know this is a dumb question that prolly every1 except me knowz the answer 2 but u know the outtakes on the college years? well were they real or was it on the script cos I thought they were real until I was reading a college years script and it had the outtakes on it!!  |

Really? I never read a college years script but that sounds kinda wierd. I mean why stage an outake? They are always funnier when they just happen.  |

Umm, the script you read..was it an official script? Or one that is just transcribed by someone and posted on the internet, etc?
I am sure they are real outtakes. I find it hard to believe any show would have any "scripted" outtakes.

Umm, the script you read..was it an official script? Or one that is just transcribed by someone and posted on the internet, etc? I am sure they are real outtakes. I find it hard to believe any show would have any "scripted" outtakes. It's pretty clear that those are TRANSCRIPTS and not SCRIPTS. The outtakes are unscripted. |

I think so to. Although the site where they were found is a reall ygood college years site. Its the only one I have seen that is completly about the college years.

hi folks. i am the webmaster of the College Years site you guys have been talking about-- thanks to the person who emailed me to let me know about this forum. very cool! anyway, in case it wasn't clear from my site, i do indeed have *transcripts* of all the college years episodes, not official scripts. i made them over the course of a few months by recording the episode soundtracks into mp3's, and then typing them into Word. i made the decision to include the transcripts of the outtakes, too, since they are always included in the episode broadcasts, but never meant to imply that the outtakes were scripted, per se. anyway, the site address again is: socrates.berkeley.edu:7052/ I hope you will all come check it out if you haven't already. thanks! |
