I remember a lot of magazine articles about Mark-Paul Gosselaar in 1993 when it started here in Italy. Every article was saying he had his own talk-show called "Brains and Brawns"... Do you know what I'm talking about?? It was a hit? Because I never hear anyone talking about that show!

I used to watch it. I only have one episode on VHS, which is the one where SBTB:TCY competed against California Dreams. It was Tiffani, Mario and Mark-Paul competing. SBTB won!

I (thankfully) have a fair few episodes of Brains & Brawn on tape! It was a fantastic series! My favourite episode is the one where Mark-Paul himself was on one of the teams along with Tiffani and Mario, playing against three members of the cast of California Dreams (didn't you just love the 90s)! You get to see him getting athletic in this episode plus answering the classic trivia questions - which he was superbly bad at! LOL!

As with DVD regions there are video formats for various countries. VHS in the U.S. runs on the NTSC colour format, here they run on a format called PAL SECAM. Video players here can cope with the US version but in the US other formats of video just come out scrambled!
