Question about a Kelly/Zack scene

I'm currently ripping for a Kelly/Zack music video and am looking for a particular scene that I cannot seem to find. I just need to know what episode it is in.

It's the scene where Zack walks Kelly to her door and I have a vague memory of Kelly's Brother yelling at them or something out of a window.

I really need that scene, so if you could point me in the right direction that'd be awesome,
