I loved his intire change on The College Years. I always believed there are very few men that could pull off the longer hair, but he did it. Plus he started pumping iron more. I'm sooo glad I have The College Years DVD.
Then he went onto NYPD Blue. OH MY GOSH!!! He did I total change and now he just looks sooo HOT!!!
I Would definetly have to say the improvement started on The College Years and kept going!!!!

p.s he did look great as a teen. that's when I became a fan of his acting and his looks!
