Coverart is much better. I can live without the extras. Besides, isn't it true both movies will be released separately? I can say one good thing for LG, at least they listened to those who fought for a change in the coverart. You know, I've been thinking. People can make a difference in this world. Whatever it is you fight for, don't give up. Someday, in a perfect world, gay people will be allowed to marry. This stupid war will be over. There will be a cure for AIDS, cancer, and other diseases. I'm really suprised that they made this move. However, even though I really didn't think the old one was that big of an issue, I'm pleased that everyone gets to be included in the new cover!

Before we all start thanking Lions Gate shouldn't we wait to see what the quality of the episodes are like first and if they have edited out more scenes?
Me personally I wasn't to bothered about the cover, I appreciate the episodes.
Since your petition as worked, shall we start one by emailing Image everyday to see if they could consider buying the rights of the original series. Iam confident they would release them with no cuts and much better sound and picture quality.
What do you guys think?

This is great! I am so pleased with Lions Gate. They have resored my faith in them! Finally, we have what we argued for. Horray for Lions Gate. ;D
In regards to the post by MN, I think we should be happy that we have been listened to by Lions Gate and that, wlthough the cuts in scenes were annoying, it does not diminish the fact that they have proved they listen to people and care about thier customers.

I'm saw the new cover and I am HAPPY ;D! It is so much better. But you can forget it if you think I'm going to say "thanks Lions Gate". They butchered the first cover. if you see the they placed Leanna Creels head on Elizabeths body, you can tell they were trying to fool us! I personally think the reason why the cover was changed was because,obviously of all the fan complaints, but I also believe someone forced them to change it. Look how long it to them to do it? I have no problems with the cover now, but be damned if I'm giving any thanks to Lions Gate. They didn't do it for us, they did it because they had to. Erika, I read the e-mail you sent to Lions Gate and I thought it was very nice of you to send it to them, but I'm sorry, you were not speaking for me. I do however respect the fact that you did right it on behalf of the forum. Just one more question for everybody? What ever happened to "I hate Lions Gate"? I saw a lot of thanks TO Lions Gate.  |

Just to make myself clear on this. I don't want every body mad at me, but I did read some posts that were thanking Lions Gate. This board just opened so that comment was not for everyone. I just want to know why anybody is thanking Lions Gate? Erika, I still do respect the fact that you wrote that e-mail. Just want to let you to respect my choice not to have anything to do with that e-mail. Knowing you, you'll have no problems with that  I still thank Erika and who ever else FORCED Lions Gate to change the cover. I think the cover looks great!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |

If you ask me, they changed the coverart rather quickly. I thanked LG for the simple fact that they alone had the power to change the coverart and they did. In the end, we could have written a million letters, and they could have left the coverart alone.
